How Long Will My Bespoke Scent Take From Start to Finish?

We can craft your bespoke fragrance in as little as 4-6 weeks. For the best design (and to manage your expectations) we recommend 3 months to allow your scent to age properly.

Why Does Bespoke Perfume Take So Long?

You may need time to change your bespoke scent design during production, and your scent must be independently assesed for your own safety. Ingredient supply chain issues can also delay your bespoke perfume design.

How Do I Place a Bespoke B2B Perfume Order?
To order bespoke perfume at scale, order this product in combination with the appropriate B2B perfume product on the page. Or, reach out to us directly using the contact form on the page.

Try a patch test before use. Keep away from sensitive skin. DO NOT DRINK. For external use only. If pregnant, seek medical advice before use- ingredient list available on request. To get the most out of your fragrance, see ‘Product’ in 'FAQs'. Use by is 12 months.

Due to the personal nature and time investment of bespoke items, refunds and returns are not available. However, you’ll approve the final scent before we dispatch it.

Here are some ways to build a general idea of the scent you want to make. If you still feel overwhelmed or undecided, we're here to guide you each step of the way.

• Think about how you want to feel when you wear your scent.
• Think about the smells that instantly bring you joy, calm your brain, or make you feel safe and strong.
• Think about how your favourite people and places and memories smell like and why.
• Think about what your other senses like and the smells you associate with this. It could be a favourte food, season, piece of art... the list goes on.
• Think about how you see the world and how your scent can affirm the good and get you through the bad.
• Also think about the scents that you and your inner circle dislike.
• Also think outside your comfort zone. Which scents are you intrigued by, but scared to wear?

Size: 100 ml. Supplied as 2 x 50 ml bottles as standard (see image gallery).

Type: Eau de parfum as standard- you can request EDTs/colognes instead. Parfum and perfume oil pricing by request.

Customisation: Custom/no bottles or bespoke packaging can be supplied at your own risk and/or expense.

Can I Gift a Bespoke Perfume Experience to Someone?
Yes, this is an extremely thoughtful gift and memorable bonding experience. They also work as last minute gifts if you're short on time, since the experience is part of the gift.

How Should I Store My Bespoke Perfume?
Store your perfume in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to preserve the integrity of the fragrance. Bespoke fragrance is an investment so treat it accordingly.

What if I’m Not Satisfied with the Final Fragrance?
As part of your bespoke design, produce many variants of your design to choose from or refine. We offer up to two revisions based on your feedback to ensure the scent meets your expectations.

Can I Request Specific Ingredients or Avoid Certain Allergens?
Absolutely, we will even ask this by rote for you and others in your household. During the consultation, you can specify any ingredients you'd like included or excluded based on your preferences or allergies.

How Long Will My Bespoke Perfume Last?

Average Use: If you're using 1-2 sprays per application, each 50ml bottle typically provides around 500 to 700 sprays.

Daily Use: Assuming you use the perfume once a day with 2-3 sprays, a 50ml bottle would last approximately 5 to 8 months. With two bottles, you could extend this to 10 to 16 months.

Occasional Use: If you only use the perfumes for special occasions or infrequently, they could easily last over a year per bottle.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched. Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days.

At CELIE & COUCH, we prioritize sustainability by reusing packaging materials whenever possible. This helps reduce our carbon footprint and supports a more eco-friendly future.

We process orders Monday to Friday. If your order is placed before 2pm on a working day and is in stock, we aim to dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on national Bank Holidays.

For orders containing out-of-stock items, your order will be shipped once all products are available. If an item is out of stock that isn't already disclosed on the site, we will reach out to you and offer you the option to change or cancel your order.
